How to download, install and play Walking Dead: Road to Survival on your PC and Mac

If you want to install and play the Walking Dead: Road to Survival game on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Walking Dead: Road to Survival for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Walking Dead: Road to Survival game for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Walking Dead: Road to Survival in the search bar and press Search. Click on Walking Dead: Road to Survival game icon. A window of Walking Dead: Road to Survival on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your Game will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed Games.
You should see the Walking Dead: Road to Survival icon. Click on it and start playing the Game

It is easily one of the worst pay to win games I have played. They created a six star character to make it impossible to win without paying out big bucks.

In order to be the best, all you gotta do is spend 300 dollars to get one 6 star character that can kill a whole team of 5 stars by himself at level 1 tier 1. :)
  • Horrible service! Lots of problems in game!

Over a month ago, the game crashed on my faction and would not process our points for faction assault. Every one of our members wrote in asking for assistance and we were all told the problem was being worked on, but for now, they were closing out the ticket. I wrote back in a couple days ago, and now no one will answer me. Since the last update, a lot of people’s teams were effected, having a wrong team rating. Since then, all the wars, raides, and roadmaps are not getting rated correctly. Raides are the worse. It now shows me as a S7+, however, I am a S5+. Now if someone who is a S5++ or higher beats me, I am losing 25 raid points as the game thinks I have a higher level team. This needs to be fixed. Issues occurring and no ones fixing or getting back to us. No good! Do not waiste your time.
  • Fun, but chokes the money out of you.

This game is fun, I enjoy it, but it Literally chokes money out of you. It’s like, “you want this really good character? Give us 25$.” It’s really annoying. I wish it was different because I really enjoy this game! But there’s almost no way to get some of the really good characters. Like say the character that’s featured right now, Davie. You gotta use coins to get him, which unless you’ve been playing for a while and have been stockpiling a bunch of free coins, there’s no way to get him without paying money. It’s super annoying. Please make coins at least a currency that you can get for free, but just make it so paying gives them to you much faster. That would make a lot of people (and me.) content.

Awesome game! It was the first tablet game I played years ago and I’m still playing still. The only thing I ask is that the story mode be made available offline when the weather gets bad and we don’t have online. If it was offline, the game would be almost 9 out of 10. - UncleSou

Its a cool game to play. You dont have to spend any money. I havent and been playing for months. Only the impatient kids waste their money and then complain. You can play just fine without spending a thing and actually earn everything. Get into a faction build up then join a better faction... repeat. And before you know it you have some legendary characters.

I’ve had this game on my phone for years. Just recently started playing often. I saw someone said don’t waste your time. Well I haven’t spent more than $20 on this game and i have good characters; legendary characters. I think it’s definitely worth it. Except I can’t download the new update lol

This game has turned into a pay to play game so don’t go for it— unless you got several bank accounts
  • Fun but pay to win

Very fun game. But it is completely a chance ridden game. Could be rank 5 or 100 your chances of getting legendary character is by chance. You can go the route of not paying but it barely gets you anywhere

I do love this game and have played everyday for almost 3 years. Make no mistake though. Like many games the people willing to dump their money into it will Win. There are ways to win without money but you have to utilize the nuisances of the game and PLAY. We have a top 10 faction in our region and the majority of our players are not pay to play. We will never be number one, but we have fun anyway.

Enjoyed the game for a couple of months but today’s update has totally turned me off to it. Since the update I can’t beat anybody in the raids. The ranking system feels like a joke. The “re-calibrating” of the character ratings has ruined it for me. It’s just not fun & I’ll be deleting the game from my phone.
