Please fix this
Either fix this or give me a refund. I can't do anything past The avenue to power tutorial where it says create room just loads and loads and loads but nothing happens. I can not play the game anymore because it is stuck on a mandatory tutorial that does not load. If this gets fixed I will give a 5 ⭐️ rating
Finally a good mobile game
I’ve been searching for a good mobile game for months and I’ve found a few okay ones (Skullgirls) but this one takes the cake!
P.S. Nintendo plz make more quality mobile games
Beautiful game! But maybe...?
The game is really pretty, the story is nice, with some holes (as expected from a new game) but nothing too major.
- However, it would be really useful if people can rate/write reviews for the heroes. That way, everyone can help each other determine which heroes are useful, and which ones are better off used as food.
-Many RPG games have public chat rooms as well, so players can ask each other questions, get to know each other, show off their rare items, and talk to about the game in general.
If this game had more social options, it would be 3-4 stars from me. The reason it isn’t 5 stars is because there were some other problems I ran into:
-Only player 1 can use their skill and turn into a dragon, the others blindly follow and don’t use their skills at all. This renders some beginner healers useless, because you’d have to manually tap to heal, switching off from your main character.
-Auto-mode is also a bit difficult, because the AI doesn’t know how to use the dragon ability, nor the special skills. That means we have to play all stages by hand.
-The drag and hold force strikes are really hard to use. It may be a problem for just me, but most of the time, by the time I hold down, the enemy has already lunged and broke me out of the force strike. Aiming is also a bit confusing, because you drag back to go forward..? Some people like it that way, but it just has me confused and struggling to use force strike.
-Sometimes the tutorial isn’t clear enough, for example, it never explained what elemental ruins were for? This can easily be solved by making tutorials more specific, or implementing a chat feature.
-Maybe instead of going to your inbox to collect the prizes every. single. time. It would be better to just send the story-mode prizes directly to the inbox? Especially since the items are the same each time (wyrmites) this is just a minor change that would make it easier.
This game seems like it would be very enjoyable, but a few things get in the way of it being so. However, it is a fairly new game so I’m not surprised it has some walls and glitches.

Though, there is some things that I want in this. The faculty level is hard to get up. The most I’ve gotten up to is 117 so far and there isn’t enough faculties.
Next I’ll like to see the power levels actually work for places... What I mean is my power level is 9110. So I was playing something somewhere around 6100 I still lose. Idk why but none of my team had any disadvantages. And for ones where your power level is say, 1000 and the “dungeon” is 1000. The dungeons affiliation is water and I have a fire I think it should show how much power there now like, 1000 dungeon power and 900 power your team. Because you have a fire affiliated person on your team vs a water affiliated dungeon. Thank you for reading this.

Best Mobile RPG
It’s been a while since I’ve seen a fun RPG game that’s fun on mobile. It doesn’t eat your wallet and you can see all the work they’ve put into the game. It has someone what interesting character and good music if you don’t mind Japanese but you probably wouldn’t be playing this if don’t like these types of things. Anyway great game this is something I would invest some time into as long as the progression curve doesn’t get extremely steep.

I’m really liking the game so far. I would really like to see these features added:
1. PvP ranking system
3. More complex/synergistic team comps
Actually fun and fair.
This is the only mobile game I’ve enjoyed playing. I haven’t felt like I needed to grind or pay-to-win at all. It’s completely fair and the developers seem to listen to users complaints/suggestions and act on them. The co-op mode is great too, I love that you’re able to play with others and get some help if you’re in a tough spot. The touch controls take some getting used to, but once you do it’s hard to put down!
The free-to-play I’ve been waiting for
Having played through all the current chapters and the first event, I think it’s time to rewrite my review with a bit less hype. That said, if I was rating this game purely on the concept, story, art, and music, this would still be a perfect 5/5 stars. It actually pains me to put it lower; if I could just mark it 4.5 I really would. The only real problems are on the technical side, and aren’t especially surprising since it’s brand new. That said, I’ll dive right in.
This is the first free-to-play I’ve encountered that actually puts some real thought into the characters and the story. Although advertised as a hack’n’slash casual, it blends this fast-paced gameplay with cute and quirky— and occasionally, surprisingly intense— story elements, told through a style reminiscent of visual novels. Occasionally there are even fully animated cutscenes, and they’re absolutely gorgeous. The musical soundtrack composed by DAOKO is beautiful too, with or without vocals(But I do recommend at least trying it with them, since it’s pretty unique). Each and every character and dragon in the game even has their own unlockable story, which is really above and beyond what I expected. These are the aspects that, in my opinion, really make Dragalia Lost stand out from the crowd.
That said, the gameplay is quite solid, too, and I’m just going to talk about the energy system as well. Normally when games have multiple sets of energy, it winds up becoming annoying and intrusive. Here, they work together naturally; using regular stamina allows you to do solo quests, while getherwings are used for joining co-op missions. Both will grant you level experience, so if you run out of one(which isn’t likely until you reach chapter 5+ or grind the material levels too much) then you can just switch to the other until you level up. May I also add that the game is fairly generous with wyrmite(which is used for summons) and rewards progress much more than grinding, which is also pretty unique among these games. And can I also add that you lose no stamina if you fail a quest? That I appreciate a lot, too.
Next, I’ll talk about summons. While the summon rate for 5 star heroes is rather low, getting good dragons really isn’t bad at all. I haven’t spent any money just yet, and already have three 5 stars, one being Pele from the raid battle event. 4 star heroes and dragons are quite usable as well, and not too hard to obtain.
Now I’ll talk about the less good aspects. Disconnects during co-op are, unfortunately, painfully common. Even if your internet connection is strong, nothing really seems to help. In the end all it really wastes is your time, but it still gets old after say, five crashes in a row. I’m assuming they’re working on this, but we’ll see, since their announcement concerning it just blamed bad internet connections. The other concern involves a particular type of attack, the force strike. This requires you to press and hold to use a special, extra strong hit that will shatter enemy shields. Unfortunately, that isn’t always as responsive as it should be. For a technique required to do damage to certain enemies, force strikes really need to be a bit easier and quicker to use.
That said, I do want to end this review on a positive note. As free-to-play games go, especially app games, Dragalia Lost sets the bar incredibly high. Its memorable characters and intriguing worldbuilding keep me coming back just to learn more. Even the event, Phraeganoth Clash, had its own story— complete with a neat little prologue to wrap up after it finished. If an installment in this setting ever features an open world on a console, with the same level of attention to detail and character development... you’d better believe I will be saving up for it. I look forward to future chapters and bug fixes, and really hope I will have the opportunity to give Dragalia Lost the five stars it deserves.
If this got put on the switch I would have easily spent $60 on the full game :)
