How to download, install and play The Walking Dead: Our World on your PC and Mac

If you want to install and play the The Walking Dead: Our World game on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use The Walking Dead: Our World for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: The Walking Dead: Our World game for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type The Walking Dead: Our World in the search bar and press Search. Click on The Walking Dead: Our World game icon. A window of The Walking Dead: Our World on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your Game will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed Games.
You should see the The Walking Dead: Our World icon. Click on it and start playing the Game

I get this game randomly in an ad on FB. I tried, because I’m a huge fan of TWD. The game is excellent in all ways, me and ny friends were addictive to it. Maybe you should fix that we can get more granades along the way, or flares in crates.

    1. Leveling up makes missions way to hard. Generate missions people can actually play. 2. Take away energy caps. 3. Generate more around me. 4. Give better crate rewards. 5. Make it easier to find coins. 6. Make survivors easier to find. 7. Give longer time to find survivors for safe houses. 10 days it’s not long enough when you can’t find any survivors. 8. Put cheaper packs that are worth spending money on in the store. 9. Make the group challenges more reasonable. If you have to kill _____ of armored actually give armored walkers. 10. If you defeat a red mission give better rewards then on a yellow mission. I’m very close to giving up on the game because I cannot find any walkers that I can be defeat anymore.

  • It Falls Short because it’s a Simpleton Game...

...by simpleton developers (Next Games) out of Finland. I say that because the game play is very basic, and they’re most likely copying some other hobbits and elves game, but everything is re-skinned to match the Walking Dead. Although the game isn’t completely bad, and they did get the character modeling right, along with the attributes of each character and their fighting ability and overall look of the characters down which was most likely laid out by the people who own the licensing. Where the game goes bad is its Pokémon Go like simplicity, and if you look at the ratings, this is the lowest rated game of the 3 games listed on iTunes for TWD (their other game is very well rated). The game play is all about killing the dead, yet the biggest issue is that the stronger you get, the stronger they get. So what is the point of leveling up? Oh, it’s challenging? Not in an intelligent way, but if you think things are fun just because it is sped up with the same repetition, this game is for you. I find it moronic because you constantly have to level up your weaponry that is generic AF. A rifle like an AK-47 (7.62) to a AR-15 (5.56), and an FN57/Colt Python, to a Kriss Vector and an MP5 are all exactly the same within their class of SMG’s, shotguns, rifles, pistols, etc. An MP5 (9mm) is the same as a Kriss Vector (a 45 with a downward slide mechanism), so what is the point of wanting them? There isn’t an incentive other than it’s “rare” or “legendary” (dumb). Not to mention, leveling them up is a lot harder due to the infrequency you come across a “rare” or “epic” encounter, so you’ll most likely not want to work towards that goal of building out those weapons when it’s easier to go for the more common guns, or the low hanging fruit regardless of the higher amount of points required to level them up. Ultimately, if you like a repetitive and dumb game with just dumb game play where they’re leading you to the slaughter of buying into their $4.99 to $49.99 packs to level up, so that once you get to a level 13, you can feel accomplished, have at it. I for one, don’t buy into it because it’ll be just like a level 3, except that you can brag to yourself that you’re a “level 13” with no significance to the larger world or the overall game play because you’ll just be up against a level 22 or 38 infestation that was just as challenging as a level 4 when you were a fighting level 7 infestation. My prediction is that this game will peak, and quickly decline in players because there is absolutely no point in leveling up and the developers have no clue about guns/game play because they could have given each weapon a characteristic, and they should have had a CAP on the damage power of the weaponry which would make getting a specific gun a challenge. Even if they were to have unique attributes for them that would make them distinctive and fun although that would made the games development a lot trickier than their easily scalable simpleton solution from a developers perspective of just raising the number of hits an object can take, to increasing the speed of a walker (sounds like they’re copying Tetris). Imagine, if they did allow ammo counts to rise because you got an extended magazine or a drum or hollow points that would have increased your damage slightly, that would have been fun. But instead your colt python is the same as a desert eagle, 50 cal/45 acp (bad UX). The other nitpicks are with their UI/visual design in which certain areas seem like they were done by two separate teams because they don’t share the same basic style guides like the chat to the actual game play - I’m constantly hitting cancel when I want to send (bad UI) to the somewhat polished game play to the odd interface in chat. So based on these aspects of the game that are core issues, I highly recommend that you DO NOT SPEND more than a couple bucks/to nothing on the in-game crap (I spent $15, and I’ll soon stop playing since level 12 is a joke and this repetitive game play must be made for a Fin, simple).
  • Good game but just needs a couple of tweaks

This game is a lot of fun to play and one of the key features I love about this game is how easy it is to reach encounters and survivors, unlike Pokémon go where you have to go directly to that spot and I Love that you can have groups and do missions together. The only problem I have is with the energy and coins. The energy can burnout very quickly if you are playing a lot and then you can’t play anymore unless you buy more energy. The coins on the other hand for me it’s really difficult to get coins, like the only way it’s too either do infestations or challenges and that wouldn’t be a problem if you’re energy didn’t run out! To me it’s really frustrating trying to upgrade my cards with barely any money, but either then that this game awesome

Im not sure if this is just for me but i have been playing since the game was released. At times this works great but then out of nowhere all these task that i am doing to complete the challenges do not get credited to my account. So here i am slaying zombies and dominating infestations only to find that it didn't give any credit to the challenge. Its really buggy when it comes to this and this is a HUGE part of the game in my opinion. fix this and you will get the 5 stars this game deserves
