Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.

Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Final Fantasy XV: A New Empire game for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your Game will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".

Game Reviews

  • Could be great...

To the developers of Final Fantasy: A New Empire and to all the future players, this game could be a great game to be a member of. Many of the players bond together to create guilds are filled with a great mix of players from around the world. These guilds work together to create an atmosphere of team work and camaraderie. The developers have done great work with providing excitement and challenges to keep the game relevant. There is one big problem with this game. The developers have created and fostered an a pay to play game that caters to those with an bottomless credit card. Where those with unlimited funds can purchase their way to be the most powerful of players. This gives those players the ability to terrorize those that do not have unlimited funds. When it takes a player a month or more to just gather the required material to upgrade one item in their empire to then lose it all each time just before they can complete the process, it can be very frustrating. Many players choose to leave the game at this point. The lower paying players have no recourse but to accept the fact that they will never get ahead in the game. If you are lucky enough get into a guild that fosters team work and fun you will find it more enjoyable. If you are a gamer with a endless supply of funds and wish to be a bully, you will go far in this game. Signed - Myst Warrior - player that has a little extra cash to spare.

This game is heaven to a war gamer.. there is and has been a few glitches some people are complaining that every time you open the app you get hit with a buy me thing and there is not an option to make it go away! Often times when the app is open in the background and you try to bring it to the front it gives you a false message about the internet isn’t connected. And I’ve noticed that Resourses that you gathered the night before is suddenly not there the next day without being attacked! Also the game is filled with inactive players that only started to come over because other games are offering them some reward for it leaving behind everything and clogging up the spaces ! Sent emails are not being responded to by game makers when you write in about issues on the app! You have a nice game and I normally don’t play games for reasons like these plus I would be more willing to pay for packages if I wanted them I can access them on a tab or something instead throwing it in the face of your gamers that are playing. Oh and like most comments on here these packages are way expensive like really No one told me the world of people were really that rich! You would be subjected to sell more if you broke them down into maybe certain style packages! Oh and if you think those that buy them are your main target you might not last much longer maybe a visit to a college economics class should be in order! Signed A annoyed player!

I think this game is great, and what I love about it, is you do not have to purchase anything, unless you want to. It gives you a chance to build your power without spending money. If you do purchase certain packs, or gold, they always give you your money’s worth. They have many events going on each day, so you can win prizes, and so much more. The developers of the game, have to make some kind of profit, to keep the game going, but even to download the game and start playing, you don’t have to spend any money. This is the first game I have played, and have to say, spend the least amount of money. You win so so much more than you lose with this game. I wanted to write this review, because when I read what someone else wrote, I could not disagree more with what that person said about the game. Yes, you will find guilds, that are stronger, but everyone starts at the beginning, and works hard either way, to be where they are in the game. Another great thing about the game, is no matter, if you get attacked, or lose troops, you have a chance to come back, you never lose everything. The developers made rules that are very fair and I am a very satisfied player. It’s a game that all different age groups and nationality can truly enjoy.

So being an FF fan I had to play this. Since it was a fresh game, it offered and once in a lifetime deal for $5. Played a little more, found interested players, so still on. I've never played MS or GoW but everyone in the game says it's the same. Because I don't play these games the experience is new and fun, but I can see how this can get old fast. Already having issues building because of bullies. Most players are cool. But there are a lot who are not. The main things tho, this game has very little to do with FF. Besides the Main character and the 5 Chocobos and 3 baby Chocobos that run around on your farm, there is nothing else related to FF. So kind of a double whammy there, little to do with FF and quick repetitiveness. If I didn't spend that $5 I probably would not still be playing...Oh well, just a little longer till it gets really boring I guess. UPDATE: I hate this game and the P2W players in it! After playing since the start, this game is extremely P2W! You get a couple people who spends a thousand on the game and that's it. They run the entire Realm. You can try to rally, but they will always just throw more cash at it during fights and that's it. There's no way to win, making the game utterly pointless as soon as they started playing. Plus getting merged ruined our Clan, we went from #9 to #50 overnight, without so much as a warning it was coming. Bottom line: if it's not made by SquareSoft, it's not really Final Fantasy!

Compared to base games like clash of queens and clash of clans , this game is literally trash. They give you one advanced teleport and a few name changers at the beginning and they leave you literally on your own. Resources are hard to come by at the beginning it seems you have to be mining for your life. The tax rate for your allies to send you resources is so high that you can't even get help from them or you both would be losing. Tax rates for sending resources starts from 50% and that's an utter disaster. Map Is confusing, you can teleport out of a hoard of noobs to only have more noobs teleporting around you, it's literally a disaster. You can't get anywhere in this game without investing money in it. You can't even view the strongest players or guild because they don't even have a ranking system and board as yet. I understand this game is fairly new but with this type of marketing they're doing you have to at least come a little clutch or lit before marketing like that. You're marketing is at 95% and then the product is at 10%. It actually feels like we are the beta testers. I've seen many games start out a little bad but this is the worst I've seen. The sad part is you guys don't even have a support button where you can take feedback from the players who know a thing or two about these type of games. Anyways I don't mind playing but come on. Handle your stuff guys. Could be a great game you guys gotta plan out the stuff a bit better and you'll be fine.
  • Shaving Stars

From the time I first started this game to now, I have been slowly shaving stars off my reviews. At this point, the best thing about this game is player interaction, if you manage to land in a good guild. This game is extremely money driven. If you don’t spend it, you won’t have any advantage or be able to complete special events. Spend levels start at $5, then move to $20, and then $99 beginning at your third purchase. Even a well planned out strategy will not help much in completing quests. Once you reach the mid game, your basic routine is hit a monster, farm some tiles, wait for research or buildings to complete, and click out of the barrage of offers to spend money. You can grind to perhaps complete the first tier of a quest, but don’t expect to get further without spending real money. Once you are in a decent position, be prepared to try and protect your resources from money players who can decimate you within minutes. There are some players on our server who have dropped over $5,000 on their empires. You can also count on Developer responses to be arrogant, condescending, and generally unhelpful. The basic idea is this: if you want a good PvP without spending, look elsewhere. If you want basic human interaction via awkwardly translated chat rooms, you may find something here. If you want Final Fantasy, this is not your game as the FF personas are simply facades of a highly monetized game. My clock is ticking...
  • Don't play unless you have money

I started playing this game thinking it wasn't that bad. Building my empire was going smoothly, I found a nice guild to call home, and my power was going up at a decent pace. Soon after I realized that the only way to get anywhere in this game is to spend money. The time you need to wait for buildings to finish, troops to train, as well as time to research all increase exponentially. So unless your willing to spend money you'll be idleing for days or weeks. Also at some point during your time in this game someone in your realm, who probably spent hundreds if not thousands on this game, will continuously attack you and probably take on your entire guild. If you complain the devs will probably tell you that they know it's frustrating to continually be attacked my a stronger player and that there are strategies to beat even the strongest player. That strategy is to spend more money than the other. It takes 6-10 people at level 35+ to beat a single level 32. Most of the lower level people in my guild have quit playing because it's impossible to take on a single person that high if he keeps spending money to rebuild while getting attacked. The player that are stronger than can't fight back either unless they group together and keep attacking for hours to see who has the deeper pockets. So, all in all, unless it have to money to make yourself strong enough to not be bullied or harassed I do not recommend playing this game
  • I personally like it but it needs work

The realm merge completely screwed everyone up. Now a lot of stronger players completely obliterate weaker guilds. I'm on the strongest guild so I'm safe but it's easy to admit that this is a game where the richest people win. The amount of time and resources it takes to build becomes ridiculous after level ten. I'm talking weeks of real time waiting for a virtual building to construct. So what ends up happening is a bunch of people spend hundreds on packs and upgrade their empires and troops. I spend hours on this games and I'm only at 300k power. Another guy in my guild who started after me is at 22million power just because he spends money. There is no way anybody can beat someone with that amount, and with the time and resources it takes to build there is no way for people to catch up or even keep up. Just another money guzzling square Enix spinoff. And on top of that it glitches and has trouble loading with wifi, even though all my other apps and game systems can work just fine with out wifi. Sometimes I'll login and randomly be missing thousands of stats, or my guild mates will be marked as enemies, or my construction time won't load. Little things keep it from being a good game. I like the game a lot. But once I hit week long construction times I'll probably get board and move on to something better.

This game has a pretty simple set up. Build up buildings. Research different areas to increase all around stats. Hunt people or monsters. Join guilds and help each other out. Simple enough. Once you have this down, things can change quickly with a little money. This game allows you to increase buildings, build defenses, or research to better yourself, but at the cost of resources and real time. You can lower these by spending real money and purchasing “packs” that lower things by a specific percent. Unfortunately, eventhough you can reach 100%, it doesn’t actually give you it for free. An example would be if a building requires 24 hours to build, at 100%, it will still take around 7 hours to build. At which point you can purchase speed ups, to finish off this 7 hours. There are people who have spent well over $10,000 into this game, so unless you have the money, you will never catch up. I have spent $25 into this and am stuck at level 41 unless I buy packs that have what I need to continue upgrading. Packs- 1st pack $5. 2nd pack $20. 3rd pack and beyond are $99. They will have random ones pop up for $50 and $80, but they are random. My recommendation is to play the game to understand how it works, and if you do plan on spending money, buy someone’s account. There are plenty for sale that already have what you need and are high enough in level to prevent you from waiting to much to still lose, but feel like you can catch up.
  • No matching system = lopsided battles

    By airlik
It was fun until I hit citadel level 10 or 11... suddenly people starting attacking me with level 4+ troops (you only have level 1 at my level), heroes at least 10 levels higher, and troop numbers 10x mine. I messaged one such person and said - is this how this works? You just crush people far weaker? Is that fun? The response was pretty typical... so I deleted the game. Could be fun, but really needs a matching system to make it so. Otherwise you get high enough to draw notice, then get stomped by losers who find easy battles amusing. That aside, the game would get 3 stars. It’s pretty involved and fun, if you like city building and tech advance mechanics. They have a pretty generous amount of speed-ups, in my experience, and it was just really getting interesting when I apparently got a target pasted on my city. What knocks it from 4 stars down to three in gameplay would be the heavy purchase pushing. Heavy, heavy pushing of in-app purchases. Like every time you launch the game there’s a splash screen for some $5 offer or other with a forced delay before being able to close it, and the whole time you play there’s a banner ad to buy gold. I understand these things take money to maintain, and I’ve spent accordingly on games I enjoy, but this was over-the-top, in-your-face pushing that detracted from gameplay and cost it a star.
  • Fun when you can play for sure...

    By Ambrai
As many of the other reviews state, this game encourages bottomless spending. You must join a guild to pass level 5 with your empire (you can leave again, but you will find others smooth the way a great deal). The game is geared to make it almost impossible to get by with a single account/empire. The initial players had to have waited years or paid hundreds of dollars trying to gain the resources to level skills (and the speed ups to hurry along the timers associated with building and researching). Monster Tactics 4 research was 64+ days and millions upon millions of resources. Without purchased speed ups and looted speed ups, the research would be ongoing still. Such is much of their tactics. Their math works oddly - a 50% off boost isn’t really 50% off (working as intended, not as advertised), so beware what you purchase or craft, and their bundles/packages are determinedly obscure in their descriptions of certain items, leaving you to guess or assume at their meaning. But, like so many games, the hope that the devs will hear and listen to the outcry instead of the cha-ching, has yet to happen. It can be fun. Just don’t expect that money grubbing aspect not to edge in sometime and spoil your view. Or the totally weird math if you can add, multiply, divide, or subtract, and have anyone else’s account to compare your numbers to.

This game has a lot of potential, but the developers are definitely in it for ALL the money. They gift you item unlocks, but then you have to spend real money for the item to do anything/upgrade. Resource and research/building requirements are on an hundreds of millions scale, sometimes venturing into the billions. After you reach about level 15, after they’ve suckered you in, thinking everything you need was available for free somewhere throughout the map, it becomes a world for the pay to players. And now that I have idiotically sunk hundreds of real, hard earned money into this game, they think they can get away with false advertising. They offer their packs (that *only* sell for 100$, and usually only offer one or 2 items of real consequence), then leave off items, and hope you don’t catch it. When confronted with screenshots or evidence that the item is missing, they claim there is nothing they can do, and cannot complete a refund because the package was delivered. I do not recommend this game unless you have A LOT of money to burn, and even then, I wish you wouldn’t just so they don’t get to keep raking in money they aren’t earning, but stealing... I would hope they’d see this and at least feel bad, but they don’t care, and it’s obvious by their shoddy, unorganized, non-functioning events and event items, among other things.. I love the people that play this game. Friendships have been fostered because of this game. I detest the way the developers made a great game that the only way you can “win” is to pay ridiculous sums of money. It’s disheartening. They’ve actually created a world that throws aside all the wonderful ness that the FF franchise has created and makes you bow to the almighty dollar. Players that spend ridiculous amounts are trapped in a realm where lower level players are and they have no choice but to attack people several (million) power levels less than them just to play and not be in FarmVille. I get tired of the “relax, it’s a war game mentality”. I’m a power player and even I can see the bullying that goes on in this game. It’s ridiculous. I’ve even had the “pleasure” of being told by some of these power players to sext them or burn. Well I can block their messages but I cannot escape their ganging up on me to destroy me. I just have to take the video game “gang bang” then rebuild with the help of my guild. Some people might wonder why I’m still playing after these comments. The truth is my guild is the only reason. I won’t leave them to burn or be harassed alone. I am a strong person IRL. A game will not break me. Hopefully the developers will actually start looking into the NUMEROUS emails they get about bullying and sexual harassment. I personally doubt it, but one can still hope.
  • Terrible developer support

    By Kenny Price
The game is really fun and engaging at first. Then you get to a wall where progressing is extremely difficult and will literally take a year but wait! There is a $5 purchase that will take you to the next level! This is the early sign of how pay to win this game is. There is next to no strategy or competition if you play against another player who is spending money constantly. There are a lot of games that people say are pay to win but I assure you they have not yet played this game. To top it all of the developers will change game mechanics of certain troops after you have purchased a pack and they will do so without alerting anyone of game changes. This game has some of the worst tutorials or explanation I have seen in any game. After the first minor tutorial you are completely on your own to figure out how everything works. This can be fun as it’s like a puzzle. Only issue is as stated above the developers will change the mechanics of troops without any type of notification leaving you frustrated having wasted your precious resources on these useless troops. If you bring this to the developers attention don’t anticipate any type of help or explanation. They will basically tell you to screw off. To summarize this is the biggest pay to win game on the market with the greediest and least helpful developer support you will encounter
  • The cost of this game is daunting

    3
    By Windredone
The reason I rated this game so low is the cost of play. Sure you can get to level 15 without to much of a slow pace but from there on out it takes a lot of time or money to build a better empire and by a lot I mean $$$$. It starts low on cost oooh a $5 pack, once purchased those cheap little packs disappear and are replaced by $20. Ok, not great but you can swing that. Then those packs are nowhere to be seen once you purchase one. Then the packs increase again and again up to the final cost of $100 for a pack and trust me you will need them just for the ability to speed your knowledge and build which can once you get to a level 22+ can take not just days but weeks and even months to progress. And you will get stomped all over by those that have deep pockets and have no problem dropping a grand or more to be the best. Some areas of progress in the game require two to three $100 packs to get a select building in your empire to its top level. If you can’t at least drop $500 don’t even down load you will get extremely frustrated spend what you can on it then quit. The realms are a veritable wasteland of abandoned empires of frustrated players. So is the game free? Only the download!!!

This game is atrocious and the devs are the worst kind of people. Please heed the immense 1 star reviews and stay away from this game! Reading some of the 5 star reviews, I'm positive fake reviews are being posted because there is no way anyone who plays this game wouldnt call it a pay to play. You can't open the game without constant ads about "sales" where the package is 99 dollars. Do you know another game where the base price is 99 dollars? These people are criminals. How this game can possibly rate 4.2 is beyond me with all the one star reviews. It's shady at best. You start out in a new realm and quickly realize who the big spenders are because they already have 1 mil power and are terrorizing everyone. Then they merge your realm into an older one where there's huge fish in the pond and now there's nothing for you to do but roll over and die because if you happen to be smart and realize the game isn't worth 99 dollars let alone 10,000 dollars, you won't spend more than the 20 dollar deal they gave you after the 5 dollar deal. You'll hope they let the price come down again so you can try and compete but they won't, because it's not about the game, it's purely about the money. The big spenders rest on the delusion that their money had somehow made them important, completely unaware that they have been conned. It's sickening.
  • Game got boring

    By Shibby909
So yes it’s true, you spend money and you get ahead, the developers for all these games are greedy and have zero care for customers but love credit cards. Any game you play like this is the same (gow, CoC, etc..). The real reason I won’t be playing anymore is because the game is overall boring. The game starts very fun but after a while it’s the same thing (events, people, etc..). At this point in my realm there are only 4 guilds that really matter and none of us can kill each other unless someone was to drop tons of money to get the next higher troops. Our realm literally looks like a graveyard scattered with dead accounts so it’s hard to even find active players to attack/defend against. The realm vs realm are pointless because the only few people you see are the whales who have spent a fortune but even then everyone just puts up a barrier and they can’t do anything. Overall, most of my realm will be gone in a month, Tbh I think I’m the last casual player there so I’ll be calling it quits as well. It was fun but with the same events, monsters, enemies, no realm merges, and overall vanilla mechanics this game is on its last legs except for those that are dumb enough to put thousands and thousands into this game.

This game is fun and can be very addicting, but is a very simple pay to win game. I've seen other games like this one, but this puts the toppings on the cake. The realm vs realm event is literally only for people spend money on the game. About 80% of the events that go on you have to spend money, otherwise you won't get any rewards. The in-game loyalty purchases are a joke. The amount of time to wait to build and train is ridiculous. The only people who can control the crystal are the big money spenders and top players. Can you believe there are people who spent almost over a $1,000 on this game? Some high level players farm other players all day, if not, all week. It's quite frustrating for people who want to play, but simply can't due to big money spenders. There is no balanced realms or guilds during a guild kill event. The biggest guilds take on the lowest guilds of the realm and get all the goodies while the low level players get to watch and almost have no fun. Most players during the RVR event or guild kill event use their shield barriers because they have absolutely no chance against high level players. There is no material trading or gem trading. This game likes to take your money! Money hungry company that likes to take your money and obviously doesn't care about their players unless you pay to play.

I truly enjoy games like this. The issue I have with many of these types of games is they offer those with lots of extra money to spend on the game ways to dominate that regular players can’t match. Now, I have no problem with a game incentivizing those that can pay for extra power ups, but the games that really are meant for the players and not just for the profit of the designers, are those where you can get all of the big power ups eventually even if you don’t have a bottomless credit card. The real problem with this game in particular is that the increase the price of the offers each time you make a purchase. Then, they keep making new options that you must now pay through the nose to have access to. At $99 for each pack, the average player can’t compete. I enjoyed this game for the time I played. I got in with a great group that made the game fun...for a time. Eventually, if you can’t pay, you just can’t keep up and you become a liability for your team. I deleted the game today with sadness after I was asked to leave my group to make room for more powerful players. If you don’t have the extra $$, don’t bother with this game.

When I first started seeing commercials for this game, it seemed a little familiar to me. I thought I’d try it out because it looked pretty awesome, and I’m always looking for new fun games. The developer name threw up another red flag however, so I did a little bit of research on Epic Action LLC. It didn’t take long to find that this was a reskinned Mobile Strike/Game of War. Epic War, Epic Action, MachineZone. All the same developers, just trying to mask their true identity to lure in unsuspecting customers. They even used the same ad format. It will only end like mobile strike did. For those unfamiliar with mobile strike, it starts out fun, but soon you can’t let go because of the investment of time, energy, and undoubtedly money. In a few months, you will either ruin your life, go bankrupt, or your state will die, as you spend days using 3MTTTTT day speed ups to research tier 50 troops and build a level 632 HQ. The joke was always “if it’s so bad, go play candy crush”, and quite frankly, you’re better off doing that, or anything else. Both I personally and others I know have nearly bankrupted themselves playing games made by MachineZone. Save yourself the trouble and money, and maybe a divorce, and go play a better game. The less they make, the sooner we can shut games like these down.

The game itself like many empire building games is designed for you to build an empire but at each level you build up to they make it harder and harder to reach without spending huge amounts of money. Moreover, the amount you spend is dependent on what continent you live on apparently...where some people can spend what equals to $10 to $20 to get a package and others have to spend almost $100...doesn’t seem fair...then they encourage people to attack each other and take their resources and reduce their soldiers number forcing them to rebuild what they lost. Furthermore, as you move further up in level everything requires crazy amount of time to build or restructure for instance it took me 2,000 days to upgrade my capital to level 40. I had to use an astronomical number of speed ups to get my capital upgraded...my farms can never keep up with the food I need for my soldiers so my soldier numbers are too low to be competitive....and then they added scrolls and other crap you have to buy in order to upgrade and added new buildings you have to buy packages for before you can even use them and they love giving you locked chests that you cannot use unless you buy keys....don’t waste your time and money if you haven’t already added this app

Been playing this game for a good month now. I’ve read how people say this game is a scam. It’s the furthest thing from it, however if you don’t like math, thinking or waiting and don’t want to spend to avoid that this game is not for you. Many have complained about stronger players stealing RSS they have bought with real money, those who lost that did that on their own. The game gives you a RSS page where items you buy are 100% safe unless you use more than you need and bring the resources into your empire for consumption. This game has a solid RPG character build system that makes it fun to grind that’s teamed with a flawless social interface. For those of us who spend money it takes simple reading, communication with advanced players and a bit of research to know how to get the best bang for your buck, if your into this type a game your here to do just that so jump in get your strategic mind set and have fun. Warning this game is not for the weak at heart, it’s a war game so expect ups and downs. Play smart and you can’t go wrong here.
  • Have to purchase items weekly to advance!!

They force you to have to buy a "pack" with real money as it contains items that are not available anywhere else in the game. Once you make your purchase it seems that within a couple days to a week they roll out new required items, again only available in these "packs". Unfortunately this game is a 100% pay to play trap and you cannot earn most items by old fashioned hard/smart gaming. If they copy the same setup as in their previous games "Game of War" & "Mobile Strike" which appears they are identically doing so far. Then once you buy 1 or 2 $5 packs those disappear and then the next packs are $20 & $50. After you buy 1 or 2 of those you are then forced to have to purchase their $100 packs. If you don't then you are unable to keep up with the daily/weekly updates and cannot get new gear, level your buildings/troops, etc... Spending real money on games is fine, but they release so much new content so fast that you in turn have to financially commit to this game weekly. Once your forced to buy the $100 packs, then that turns into a nightmare leaving you with a dead outdated account if you don't keep spending. I love the Final Fantasy games & this company completely ruined it with greed. Good Luck everyone!!!

This is a game that begins quickly and can pull you in because it is fun and allows you to become involved with other players in your guild, allowing you to work together develop attack strategies and to become successful. Mildly attractive, it soon turns into a game where the richest people win and compete to get power ups that make them that much stronger. At $100 for an 'item back/boost,' the game gets super expensive, super quick. Anyone who wants to compete at the highest level is given no option but to pay the outrageous costs. If you don't pay, make no mistake, you will be left in the dust and your empire will be destroyed relentlessly by other guilds who have no problem paying. The game would be a lot more fun if they offered the random specials like 'Clash of Clans' or offered a chance for people who don't pay to earn powerful items and the power ups needed to win. It gets even worse when you begin to compete against other worlds. Be warned, it will be hard but fun at first but if you want to be competitive, you'll have to pay. The novelty of this game will wear off quickly if the developers do not do something about the outrageous expenses and give people who can't afford them the opportunity to earn items over time.
