How to download, install and play Operate Now: Hospital on your PC and Mac

If you want to install and play the Operate Now: Hospital game on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Operate Now: Hospital for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Operate Now: Hospital game for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Operate Now: Hospital in the search bar and press Search. Click on Operate Now: Hospital game icon. A window of Operate Now: Hospital on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your Game will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed Games.
You should see the Operate Now: Hospital icon. Click on it and start playing the Game

Have purchased a recruitment 2 different times for 60,000$ each. It shows my new staff, I confirm where I want them to work, it takes my money, and oopsie, no new staff.
  • Great..for a week

    By TalishG
I had this game for around a week. Played around a busy work & parent life. About a week in, after leveling up to level 12, getting pretty into it...all of a sudden every surgery stitch attempt I made, gave a fail. Every one, every time. One or two stitches, then fail. Clean screen and clean fingers, didn’t matter. Super annoying. I LOVE the idea, actually love the gist of the game but something is wrong. And there is NO tutorial help so the app has now been deleted and I am on the hunt for a better surgical game. Have fun for a few days...

  • Fun but...

    By gdukb
This game is fun in the beginning but it starts to take all of your money to play and glitches over time. It is kind of outrageous how much things cost in the game which brings me to how much money (real money) That you have to spend.
  • Getting things and missions

    By chuquiragua
I like the fact that getting money in the game gets as hard as real life 😅 takes longer than other games that we are used to, but I like it cuz it changes your perception. I don’t know if they did it intentionally, or maybe so we can Pay, which I already did. I’m in level 13 and the missions can get a little repetitive, but I keep hooked up cause I like to build.
  • I gave it a second chance but...

The firs time was a disaster so I deleted and started over again. I thought it was me but the game just asked for more real money to upgrade. I stressed so much on this game like work. It should be entertaining not intense like the real world. Goodness. I gave it a 3 stars for graphics.
  • Fairly fun game but totally pay to win

    By Zarinn24
The only way to really advance is to buy stuff with real money. The pop ups are insanely annoying. Everyone time I move to check on a hospital it shows a “limited edition” staff members for sale. No matter how many time I close it it will ALWAYS POP UP when you move. DO NOT PLAY!!!
  • Pretty fun

I’ve been playing for 2 months, and it still keeps me interested. I’ve never spent actual money on this game. At this point I feel like I’ve done most everything the game has to offer. I’ll keep it to see future updates.
  • Fun but need to spend money to advance

I like this game but I am not going to spend money to try and get everything I need. The first time I played it was easy to get the staff and other things I needed. Now it is hard, can’t even upgrade my ward cause I keep spending what I have to hire more people cause I need another doctor which I never get.
