How to download, install and play Operate Now: Hospital on your PC and Mac

If you want to install and play the Operate Now: Hospital game on your PC or Mac, you will need to download and install a Desktop App emulator for your computer. We have worked diligently to help you understand how to use Operate Now: Hospital for your computer in 4 simple steps below:

Step 1: Download an Android emulator for PC and Mac

Ok. First things first. If you want to use the application on your computer, first visit the Mac store or Windows AppStore and search for either the Bluestacks app or the Nox App . Most of the tutorials on the web recommends the Bluestacks app and I might be tempted to recommend it too, because you are more likely to easily find solutions online if you have trouble using the Bluestacks application on your computer. You can download the Bluestacks Pc or Mac software here

Step 2: Install the emulator on your PC or Mac

Now that you have downloaded the emulator of your choice, go to the Downloads folder on your computer to locate the emulator or Bluestacks application.
Once you have found it, click it to install the application or exe on your PC or Mac computer.
Now click Next to accept the license agreement.
Follow the on screen directives in order to install the application properly.
If you do the above correctly, the Emulator app will be successfully installed.

Step 3: Operate Now: Hospital game for PC - Windows 7/8 / 8.1 / 10

Now, open the Emulator application you have installed and look for its search bar. Once you found it, type Operate Now: Hospital in the search bar and press Search. Click on Operate Now: Hospital game icon. A window of Operate Now: Hospital on the Play Store or the app store will open and it will display the Store in your emulator application. Now, press the Install button and like on an iPhone or Android device, your Game will start downloading. Now we are all done.
You will see an icon called "All Apps".
Click on it and it will take you to a page containing all your installed Games.
You should see the Operate Now: Hospital icon. Click on it and start playing the Game

Game Reviews

  • 😕

It’s an okay game other than the fact that I don’t have the money I need to build the things I need to build, and I don’t have enough staff without spending real money, and they don’t really explain how to do certain procedures which is making me very angry. 2 out of 5 stars.
  • Very easy to accidentally spend...

No idea how I got charged for some bonus junk, so beware if you just want to play for free. Otherwise interesting for the first few days, then gets very repetitive.

  • Could be good

As another person stated, the surgeries are the best part. When it won’t register that I’m trying to stitch the wound, there’s no point. Frustrating and pointless.
  • I like it But.....

Its a good game but the ads after every screen change is annoying.. I mean enjoying enough to delete the game.. Please stop with the ads I hate them. If I want to pay then I want to pay. It's almost like a debt collector. I hate that everything is so expensive. You want me to pay 19.99 for a doctor and some cash.. No thanks. I noticed I won the 10,000 but when I watched to see if my balance went up it didn't, which is so messed up.
  • Don’t buy unless you’ll play it sporadically

This is a fun game... when it’s not screwing up. As with literally any other game of its kind (or on the App Store period) you need to spend real money to make any meaningful progress in the game, even when checking in just once or twice a day. Once all the surgeries become Extreme you’ll have an EXTREMEly low rate of success with suturing. The only reason I kept with it was for the story, but at a certain point you’ve gotta call a duck a duck and realize that you’re doing the exact same thing over and over and over again with the occasional bone of a new mission tossed your way. TL;DR By the time you actually get anything new done you’ve been doing it 100 times. You WILL struggle with Extreme suturing
  • Annoying glitches

Game is great til about level 5, and then it just glitches over and over. Major waste.
  • Play only if you have time

I think the premise of this game is interesting, but as other people have mentioned before me, this game is a money pit. The only way to get around spending money is constantly keeping an eye on the game. Also, I think it’s important to point out that this game is more like 90% hospital management, and 10% surgeries. I was also hoping there would be a chance to do medical examination on the patient prior to surgery. Overall I give it 2 stars because it might be entertaining to someone, but it sure wasn’t worth the money to me.
  • Ads on ads and you’ll need real money to play

    By rcathey
Look. I understand that an app developer needs to make money too, but this game is ridiculous. An ad to buy some pack runs every time you finish a task. In order to earn golden hearts (needed to discharge patients and open up more beds) you have to watch 2 videos every 6 hours, which only gives you 10 open beds. New patients come in at a rate of 20 per hour or more. If you need to run ads to keep the lights on, fine, but don’t force those who are willing to watch the ads in order to play for free to also spend money just to play. I’m deleting this game.

Fun for a day, then you gotta spend money and you have like a million fricken pop ups that it’s just annoying to even open the app. Deleted

This game is awful. I’ve been in surgery in real life and sutures are places to maximize healing and discomfort. This game boasts that it is realistic. No. Just no. And I’m going to report this game for being false in its adverts.
